Bubbles are soft and it's crisp and not what I would call sweet. But not dry. It's a warm summer night and it pairs perfectly with friends, bruschetta, and cheese. Delightful. — 9 years ago

Perfect balance for a day that is warm and by the bay - thank you Sausalito. Tasting a citrus pineapple sort of thing. What I really love is the bright color - almost fluorescent - but really appealing. In crayola terms - spring green. — 9 years ago
