It's elegant and refined. Much lighter on the palate than one expects with a positively light finish. I can't believe it's a California Syrah. It's not massively complex but I suspect the average rating is from those expecting a typical heavier California Syrah. — 8 years ago

Very easy to drink for it's young age. Smooth and easy going for a 2013 California cab. Expect to see more complexity coming as it matures.
