Wow, opened for 6 hours. Had some potato and A5 with veal jus. Doesn’t get better. Big and rich, crushed blackberry, cardamom, spice box, olive anf beef fat. Near perfect and maybe perfect — 3 months ago

Wow, Impressed this is ready to go given the youth. Saturated red fruit, some baking spices, raspberry jam, oak, vanilla. Have 2 bottles left so curious how this improves which if it dies it could be a perfect wine. — a month ago
