Not what we thought we were going to get…prior bottlings were decidedly a bit drier & with a heavier dose of black pepper. While not desert-sweet, this was definitely sweeter than we remembered, with a solid dose of dark fruit occupying your palate. Still a good table wine, just a noticeable shift from prior vintages. — 3 years ago
