Such great memories from visiting this winery. Was the first Howell Mountain cab I’d ever had. Steven Burgess drove us around the beautiful property in the back of his truck while we drank some cold beer. Came back and had one of the best tastings ever. So sad to hear that the property was devastated by the fires. Husband and I are going to be enjoying this as one of our 18th wedding anniversary wines tonight. Prados Fusión Campo de Borja Garnacha Syrah 2016
Beautiful clear & intense coloring of crushed mulberries. Med intensity on the nose of juicy, ripe black fruits along with hints of fresh dirt and bacon fat. Very smooth tannins. I was sad when the bottle was empty. Will purchase much more of this. — 7 years ago
