Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream chips when freshly opened. Some roasted peanuts, underripe cranberries, chives. Overall fun. Acid and tannins well-balanced. A great experience. Beautifully pairs with corn and some heat. We had it with shrimp tacos and lots of acid-based sides. Great wine — 9 days ago
