This is a lovely, soft Cap Classique. Lovely crisp notes with a slight sweetness to keep things fun. A happy wine full of SA sunshine. — 10 years ago
Delicious! Buttery, beautiful oak unless. Wonderful with chêvre hors d'oeuvres. I could drink this forever!

Toasty, yeasty with a fine mousse - this is the most grown up of the Method Cap Classiques I've tried. Elegant but accessible and the kind of wine that makes beautiful memories. — 10 years ago
This one is pleasantly toasty. Not as fine as a good Methode Cap Classique, but a really drinkable everyday bubbly — 9 years ago
Delicious notes of chocolate and leather... Earthy "barnyard nose" rough tannins on first opening, becomes rich and smooth as it opens. Recommend decanting it for several hours. — 10 years ago
