Looked very much forward to this wine as we hand carried it back from Gigondas. A bit past its prime however fulfilled on the classic Rhone flavors of blk licorice, tobacco leaf and to a lesser extent black fruits. Finish was leaning towards tired but held its own with a mustard pork tenderloin. — 9 years ago
