Spicy and hot and has a weird chemically flavor when first opened. Maybe too much oak? It was rather unpleasant. But all of that was gone the next day. It was delicious and really opened up. Next time I’m planning to decant it and see what is the sweet spot. My guess is decant at least 6 hrs. Maybe 8? Got it at auction. — 10 days ago
