This chardonnay is a gastronomic wine and will pair very well with chicken, pork and fish. I drank it with Sous Vide prepared salmon with lemon risotto and it was excellent and made the wine smoother. The complex flavors in the wine like lemon and custard are very intense and the the acid, fruit and mineral are very well balanced. A bone dry chardonnay and probably not everyones cup of tea. — 5 years ago

This Pinot Noir is fantastic, beautiful red fruit, plums. Very smooth and very pleasant to drink. Soft tannins and light acidity. American Pinot Noirs are just amazing. This one is one of my favorites — 5 years ago
