Incredible nose. Layers of deep earthy musk. Like you walked into a cheese cellar. If you’ve tasted other aged merlot you know what you are in for. I don’t feel I can properly describe how much they change with age. It’s almost dessert by itself and fits just as nicely with a filet as it would with dark chocolate and a medium to full body cigar. — 5 years ago
