This Ripasso went well with tagliata and steak it did need some time to open but when it did the fruit a the raisin aftertaste was really enjoyable. This was a 2020 vintage and I think it might even be better if left for a few more years. — 5 months ago

What a wonderful champagne with a long aftertaste and hints of apple and slight notes of toasted almonds. Had this wine with roasted vegetables, Italian hams and selection of cheeses. It did not disappoint as it has the full body test to work well with the selection. — 5 months ago
