The hop-head holy grail itself. A must take pilgrimage for any IPA drinker. IBUs off the charts, basically high octane hop syrup. Definitely ages incredibly well. — 10 years ago
Ripe brambly and red fruit, tart cherry, and a subtle backseat earthiness. Mild acidity and soft tannins. Not as big as past vintages, but incredibly drinkable. 2013 Vintage. — 10 years ago
Corn, caramel, and some oak. Very underwhelming. — 10 years ago
Tropical and citrus fruit with notes of peach and balanced acidity. Incredible example of Finger Lakes Riesling, 2014 is a great year for FLX Riesling too. — 10 years ago
Big dense dark brambly fruit on the nose with some feint vegetal notes. Toasted oak and dark fruits round out the lighter than expected palate with silky tannins. 2013 Vintage — 10 years ago
Definitely my favorite Chianti under $10! Cherries, red fruit, and a little spice. 2013 Vintage — 10 years ago
Aptly named 'velvet'.Black cherry, sakura, tobacco, all bound together in an incredibly smooth and easy to drink wine. 2013 Vintage — 10 years ago
Delicate floral and fruity nose with an intense strawberry palate. A little pomegranate and mild acid on the finish. 2014 Vintage — 10 years ago
Intense and flavorful with less heat than one would expect. Nose; Caramel, vanilla, toasty rich oak, tempered corn. Thick and full bodied with notes of toast, caramel, vanilla, coconut, roasted corn on the cob, toffee, candy, all round out the fairly sweet palate. Addition of water brings forth a mellower, floral, fruity, and campfirey profile. 132.1 Proof — 10 years ago
George Catallo
Lightly floral, ripe fleshy orchard fruit, and soft minerality. Enough residual sugar to be sweet without being offensively so. 2014 Vintage — 10 years ago
