Young berries with some depth. Drinkable, quaffable, a little note of green grass. — 3 years ago
After finishing NE 111 Alex opened this beauty. Decanted about 3 hrs before drinking, but took a sip upon pouring and knew it would be a winner. Lovely, easy tannins, dark ruby color. Slight green pepper on nose and on palate. Slight butterscotch and very light toasty hazelnut finish. No overwhelming or overpowering fruit. Nice, elegant sips. — 3 years ago

2018 tasting on a rainy summer night. With some air on it: medium body, delicious ripe blueberry, blackberry and strawberry, well balanced with underlying hints of oak. Nice legs. — 4 months ago
