I would have expected the tannin to have faded more after ten years. Not bad but stringent through the entire taste sequence. Very rich and aromatic. I taste the smooth merlot grapes with spice and earthiness. It is bold and dry and still very approachable as and evening sipper or paired with and equally bold meal. — a year ago
Very dry with pleasant brightness and minerality. Some citrus flavors and slight hint of floral aroma. Great drink for a warm evening. — 2 years ago
Final Etna Biaco of our Sicily trip. DOC Superiore lives up to its domain certification. Dry with minimality but richer flavors than others we tasted here. Maybe barrel aged. — 12 days ago
Very dry with a long and rich flavor profile. Taste of spiced plum, green apple and a hint of sour at the end. Very light on aroma. — a year ago
Clean dry mineral and only a hint of citrus. — a year ago
Rich full body cab. If you’re craving a bold smooth Napa Cab, this is one for sure. — 2 years ago
One of the most minerally wines we’ve ever enjoyed. Dry with stone fruit hints. A great drink with a spicy soup or shape cheeses. — 2 months ago
At 99RM and poured in Cheong Fatt Tze Blue Mansion it was a fun drink. Aroma comes on grapy but no its forward taste is pleasant and smooth. Tannins are low. Then ends with a bitterness. Drinks like an inexpensive cab. — 5 months ago
nice rich flavors a bit of residual tannin but not to the detraction of the overall profile. Clean smooth and full flavored. — 2 years ago

Very dry, mineral forward and very clean and light; no after flavors the acid just sustains with a pleasant citrus. I will definitely need to look for Pecorino again. — 11 days ago
