Corked when opened! Shame! — 6 years ago
Dry but also sweet. Apples, pears, honey. A white wine I actually like! Couldn't drink more than a glass, but the first one is lovely and refreshing. — 6 years ago
A fairly acidic aroma. Smoky, burnt caramel, red berries. The flavour is incredibly rich. Cloves and other warm spices, orange. Gives way to a lovely deep plum crumble finish, lingers a very long time.
Delicious with a great beef stew on Bernie's 60th. — 6 years ago
Rich, smooth, lovely!
Had at Ben's wine and Tapas with Elisa. — 6 years ago
Tonnes of black and red berries on the nose, somehow very rich and full but also quite light. Smooth, low to medium tannin on palate, slightly tart. Finish is slightly dry, very well balanced with coffee and raspberry.
Drunk with Alex on Christmas film night. — 6 years ago
Very dry, bold and well balanced. Honey and strawberries on the nose, strawberries and sweet peppers on palate. — 6 years ago
New years eve 2021. No thrills, just very lovely. — 6 years ago
Pretty boring, and too sharp in its own. But we had it with vegetable lasagne and it really opened up and became quite lovely after food. Fairly deep and woody, notes of liquorice. Pleasantly surprised in the end! Had a sip a day after opening and it's only really good for cooking with now. — 6 years ago
Easy drinking and simple. Light and fruity, quite subtle flavours. — 6 years ago
