This is an easy drinking Spanish wine with cherry and strawberry notes. Tannins are resolved so there is little acid to balance the sweet fruit. There is some mineral notes in the finish. — 3 months ago

This is a Tuscan blend of Sangiovese. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine opened over time giving each grape a place at the tasting table. Sangiovese provides red fruit and herbaceous notes, Merlot gives some plum sweetness and the Cab gives structure and tannin. Finish is short but this complements tomato based sauces very well. — 4 months ago
