Excellent color gradation with some orange. Wonderful nose with berries, leaves, tobacco and herbs. A little sharp on the palate, without much sweetness or tannin. Was fine with food for about an hour before fading. A second bottle showed slightly better. — 7 years ago

Brought by Norman Adam to Scott’s for a Sunday buffet. Less meaty than another La Liviniere shared at the same meal. Lovely nose with bold fruit. Quite polished and Medoc-like. — 5 years ago
