Red hard candy color. Spicy red raspberry aromas with hints of classic can franc. Nice frim tannins — 9 years ago
Clear with hints of gold in the glass. Noticeable bubbles in the base of the glass but not throughout. Aromas include white peach, sweet vanilla, fresh linen, cashews and floral notes. Flavors include more peach, cashews, a flinty character, medium bodied, bright acidity. Pair with firm white cheese such as gruyere and honey, macadamia crusted fish or chicken, creamy risotto or pasta dishes made with bechamele. Vintage 2015 tasted February 2016. — 9 years ago
2015 Vintage. Pale golden color. Aromas of creamy baked apples, over ripe pear, that say 'classic Chardonnay'. Flavors Golden delicious apples, fresh croissants, mild cream and mild acidity lead to a persistent finish that lasts for 20+ seconds. Would pair nicely with goat cheese, brie and apples, baked or pan fried fish, as well as roast pork and plantains. — 8 years ago
A frizzante spago style prosecco with medium to large bubbles. Hints of dusty lemon and passion fruit on the nose. Cured lemon, fresh cut grass and minerality on the palate. Clean finish without much perceptible mousse but that is expected for frizzante. Organic Prosecco. Tasted April 2016 Non-vintage. — 9 years ago
Golden yellow in the glass. Aromas of white peach and grass. Full bodied white with flavors of toasty oak, rich grapefruit, wet stone and tree fruit. 50/50 blend of Vermentino and Viognier. 2014 vintage tasted December

Seep crimson color throughout the glass. Doesn't appear to be showing any age yet. Spicy aromas accompanied by a beef jerkey and toasted wood on the nose. Rich berry character, roasted herbs and more dried meat notes lead to soft chewy tannins, coconut and black cherry on the finish. Tasted March 2016. — 9 years ago
Crimson in the glass. Sweet red berries aromas like cherry pie. Dried cranberry aroma too. Lush cherry, raspberry and soft red fruits on the palate. Tannins are firm but not harsh. An unoaked cab/sangiovese blend and the fruit forward profile shows it. Pair with pork loin and herbs or grilled swordfish or salmon even. 2010 — 9 years ago

Not much on the nose but the flavors include bright tart cherry, rich tar, really prominent acidity and firm yet not overbearing tannins. Seems like it would age well for a few years but not longer than 7. — 8 years ago
