Blueberry and cassis fruit. Soft tannins. Will drink well into 2018.

Randomly ran across this wine at a liquor store with no price tag. It was originally released in 2011 for $45. I offered the guy $15, considering it'd been stored upright for the last 3 years. He accepted.

Gold color. Roasted apples on the nose. Subtle vanilla and cream oak notes on the palate. Green apple fruit brings good acidity, which, in turn, provides great balance. A great Chardonnay. — 10 years ago
