Was told this was a better alternative to the Apothic White that I usually get for an easy white blend. Unfortunately I found this one overly sweet (the Apothic is a little sweet but dry so it drinks better). Wouldn't get again. — 9 years ago

Verdelho Lodi from California. To me, it was way too much like a Sauvignon Blanc which I don't like. However, if that is your cup of tea then go for it. — 9 years ago

Kept meaning to try this but it was more expensive than the typical chardonnay so I waited until it was on sale. It was ok but not great so I'd say not worth the money. Crisp and fruity but still a bit too buttery for the unoaked variety. — 9 years ago

Crios is better. This Torrontes is just a little too much something (not acidic but along those lines). Thick, rich, & viscous. — 9 years ago

Mix of grenache blanc, roussanne, voignier, & clairette. I don't taste much of the voignier & not sure what clairette is but def taste the mix of the 1st two. Slightly acidic, just a touch bitter but wet (not a dry white). Would drink again and purchase if trying to please both the Sav Blanc & Pinot Grigio/Chardonnay crowd (it's a decent balance between those 2 ends of the spectrum). — 9 years ago

Blends are nice bc they tend to please most by having mild flavor profiles. This one is slightly more on the acidic/bitter side of things but still quite drinkable. — 9 years ago

Tried this as a potential alternative to Pinot Grigio but it's much thicker/wetter. It also has a mild bitter aftertaste. Didn't care for it and wouldn't pick it over more standard white pinots. — 9 years ago

Possibly my 1st Chenin Blanc. I would equate it to a soft Sauvignon Blanc. It's a little acidic but not as bitter nor juicy. Not something I would gravitate towards given other chkices like Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio, but def preferred over Sav Blanc so a viable option when needed. — 9 years ago

A bit juicy so mildly sweet and wet. Could actually use a bit more acidity, which is unusual for my tastes but it just needs a little something extra. — 9 years ago
