Disappointed in this bottle... Has that 'band aide' scotch salt-air taste making it a bit unbalanced for me... If I drink a good scotch, I expect scotch. An American Bourbon (especially one billing itself as 'old') should taste purely American. — 9 years ago
Tastes like a Zin grown in the wrong region... Too much acid, nearly no body and lost between being fruit forward and disguised as an old-vine Zin. I can appreciate what they were trying to achieve here but this is just too hollow. — 8 years ago
This might be the 'thinnest' wine I've ever tasted. Other than unbalanced tannins there's almost no mouth-feel. Certainly a young-vine Zin. Not horrible but I wouldn't buy again. — 8 years ago
Simple, crisp and not nearly as sweet as a lot of Rosès at this price point. When it's finished, it's finished. Fruity, strawberry & watermelon... Great summer bargain that seems pretty predictable. Grifone has nothing to apologize for here. — 8 years ago
Great value; bursts of fruit on the nose with a crisp finish; not overly oaked or dry.. Perfect summer drink for 5$ — 8 years ago
Rich, toasted, the right balance of acid and fruit. If you're watching Bottleshock and in the mood for a textbook California Chardonnay then look no further. Will be buying a few more to see how they age. — 9 years ago

Cab Franc, check... Paso Robles, check. This bottle lives up to the taste and mouthfeel you expect from the region and grape but not much beyond that. Might benefit from another year or two in the bottle but perfectly acceptable for a sub 7 dollar drink. — 8 years ago
