I enjoyed this... However, did not find it comparable to other Zinfandel's out of Cali. More akin to the Italian primitivo.... Not Jammie at all.

This is a lovely riesling. I can't find the honey in it, as other tasters report though. I get a dry finish with a pear or gooseberry nose and start. Sweet enough but still pallette cleansing with its acidic minerality.
Yeah what she said. But with petrol nuances and a great minerality. And I dont find that gooseberries really smell..
