It’s well balanced and sophisticated and beautifully made. the nose is a red cherry and cedar and the pallet is full of red fruit and integrated tannins. The nose on this wine is quite green and savoury and that green character continues through to the palate. The 10% Cabernet frank on this wine is persistent on the pallet and gives quite dry green tanning. This wine would pair beautifully with haggis and tatties!  — 8 days ago
