Hints of sea salt on the nose with lime zest and citrus. On the pallet the wine is richer and fuller than anticipated. The citrus note continues and the finish is lifted and quite clean, would work well with food. — a month ago
Magnum bottle. A wine that continues to develop on the palate. Smoky, red fruits, dry tannin, big persistant finish. Very good. — 4 months ago
An unusual red wine from Stenberg estate South Africa this wine is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and touring a national: Portuguese grape. Raspberry black pepper and blackcurrant are present on the news. The wine has a almost whiskey like character which is quite distinctive interesting and also pleasant. — 4 months ago
A deliciously complex nose leading to a slightly smoky mouth with hints of minerality. This wine leaves the pallet feeling fresh and wanting more. I think this is quite a young wine. Would love@to taste an older vintage This is a 2022 — a month ago
Little dosage making this wine quite a dry and austere in style however this wine is made with a blend of Pinot Gris and the producer has left the grapes to ripen for as long as possible. A clean fresh style with citrus, bright green apple notes. No biscuit or classic yeasts on the nose or palate. — a month ago
2016 vintage but still has so much more time to develop. This is a fabulous wine. Lots to discover and develop here. the tannins and persistant and forward, the fruit is silky and the wine finish is persistant. — 4 months ago
A surprisingly ceiling and fresh fruity nose on this GV. The pallet is fresh and dry with quite a nice finish and length leaving the pallet very clean — a month ago
I really like Lugana wines this version is quite smoky on the pallet with some mentality. It’s quite a dry style but well made. — a month ago
A lovely champagne with sophisticated mature biscuit notes. This is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Although the wine has a brioche bread note the finish is fresh and not overly long. — a month ago
