Erin: very light (nearly nonexistent) acidity, with a marbled, buttery finish. I wouldn't think this was a Sav Blanc, but rather a chenin blanc. 6 out if 10-- would probably go lovely with a spicy dish. Bring this instead of Chardonnay

John: fruity, with a strong taste of apple. Sweeter with a slightly acidic finish. I maybe should have chilled it more. Around an 8.4
Erin: very fruit forward with an almost salty aftertaste. Feels perfect for summer time porch sipping with your granny as the crickets start to sing. Would probably be amazing with grilled/smoked fish to play with all the sweet notes, or perhaps a sharp cheese. 7/10 — 5 years ago
