Luuuved this. Picked up from Perrine’s on a whim. $15 maybe? Funky but super interesting. First take was straight out of fridge. Big mistake. Best temperature is only slightly chilled. Fruity big and bold. — 7 years ago

This was delish! Used in a carbonara dish and drank the rest pretty quickly thereafter. Butter with a bite. Nice bright citric profile with just the right amount of tart. Bought at Perrine’s. — 7 years ago
