Parafada - on the top end of a long slide to its end, just over enough that the dried fruit has turned slightly rank. That said tannins are still quite chewy and so it's a curious blend of bulk and overage. — 9 years ago
Very pleasant fruit, raspberries and cherries in cream. Very soft and easy drinking without being light or or watery. — 9 years ago
Quite dry and without much fruit but very interesting. I have never had one of these before so I am not a great judge but I would not have known, blind, that this was even a red but tasted like a l dry white. — 9 years ago
Exquisite. Rich, floral with spice, gentle tobacco notes with red fruits all over the place. Tasted next to the pesenti petite and blew it out of the water. Just so wonderful. — 9 years ago
Very drinkable, shares a lot with Dusi but much lighter without being cheapened. Also lacks the Dusi-style olives and vegetable notes. Like a Beaujolais'd zin. Really enjoyable! — 9 years ago
A deep, tannic, spicy version that will remain rich for a few more years. Stewed fruits on the palate follow plum and fresh lilac on the nose. — 9 years ago
Has lost the exciting bite of a zippy young turley but the age has gently softened it into Carmel and cream. Smooth and friendly. — 9 years ago
Smoky and cured meats on the finish. Smells and tastes like a classic duero- hot and sunny dry soil. Amazingly alive still, and must have been really beefy in its youth. Very enjoyable now. — 9 years ago
Palate has some game, burnt Carmel, toasted nuts. Same on the palate with a persistence of olive. Unique among turleys offerings, fun to tinker with but not the all-star zin of their standard class. — 9 years ago

Already slipping despite ws claim of good until 2019. Memories of cherries and chocolate but just disappointing. — 9 years ago
