First of three bottles from Chambers, 10/24/25. Bright purple. Bubble gum and blackberry nose, with wafting of evergreen (not pine nor juniper; more spruce or hemlock). Light ravishing tannin. A bit green — needs to open up? — a month ago

From Cork Wine Traditions after concert on 11/16/2025. Nose and first sip return us straight to northern higher altitude Burgundy. Bright red. Good acid, low alcohol. Following sips a little weak and off-dry. Cherry, cranberry, a bit of wood (rosemary, cedar). Licorice. — 19 days ago
From Chambers, based on their email promotion. Dark purple, opaque. Natural wine bubble gum, sweetness but still some of the roundness and completeness of 1980s left bank wines. Lots of fine tannins. Pairs extremely well with mushroom dish. — a month ago
