Really nice pinot. Nose like chateauneuf; earthy bramble. Strawberry, tart cherry and maybe pomegranate. Mild acid finish. Burgundian comparisons are appropriate, and quality very good.

Slight bitter chocolate, malted flavor. Pretty good. — 6 years ago
Mostly cab-merlot blend, a bit green on the nose but with air opened up with typical cabernet nose, plus hint of rose petal. Palate was red fruits, bit tart. — 6 years ago
Fruited nose. Plum and black cherry palate. Tasty. Fairly long. Tannins persistent on finish. Garrigue is mild to moderate. Has a flavor I can't place. About $25. — 6 years ago
Strawberry, sour cherry and bit cranberry flavor. Light tannins to match the light body. Definite bramble/vegetal undertone from I guess whole cluster fermentation. I liked it, and performs better with food. — 6 years ago
Mineral and slight oak nose. Tart cherry flavor, subdued oak and vanilla. Mouth filling tannins. Finish OK. — 6 years ago
Dark in the glass, deep ruby with slight brick edge.
Bright red cherry fruit, nice dry lip-smacking tannin and light mineral/smoke characteristics.
What a nice surprise. I was expecting ripe fruit but it's pleasantly fresh, nice. — 6 years ago
Dark and red berries, slightly charry cherry and nice smooth tannins. Delicious. — 6 years ago
Quite tasty. Lightly smoky, earthy nose. Cherries on the palate, mushroom plus leathery-oaky notes. Tannic grip was good, as was its acidity. 2003 was the hot year in Europe, I wouldn't call this cooked or stewed. Glad I drank it now.
Day 2&3 a bit more compact, but the tannins and lip-smacking cherry palate were still good. — 6 years ago

Beautiful brick red rim. Nose of leather, leather and cedar. Wow. Somewhat lacking in fruit but this is beautiful for all of the secondary notes. Dry tannins, shorter finish but absolutely delicious. My second nature barolo and experience was a small life lesson what age can do for this wine. — 6 years ago
