Blackberry, old black plum and possible prune with tobacco and of course that classic black pepper sting after the long finish. Cellar for another five to ten if you can. — 8 years ago

Deep ruby with hint of garnet. Nose is clean big blackberry dark plum current flinty. Med acid med tannin med to high body. Big bold blueberry, blackberry current tobacco flint minerality bordering on some mint. Signature white pepper sting afterwards. Very good.
