2007 is overripe. Poor balance. However, it is still clearly a decent wine for its concentration and long finish. Don’t buy again. — 6 years ago

It’s still very good, but definitely past the peak and going down right now. Very enjoyable but not the greatest value. For a similar price, I would go with a Brunello with similar age. Don’t buy again. — 6 years ago
Too simple despite the aging — 5 years ago
Great value. Still holds well after 16 years of aging. The alcohol still needs time to blow off. High concentration, balanced, full body. Cassis, long finish. All around crowd pleaser. Not complex though and the alcohol is too overpowering, so not very balanced either. Can buy again since it’s only 30 bucks. — 6 years ago
2003 vintage. 16 years of aging. Still going strong. Very much new world fruit forward. Enjoyable but not sophisticated. Not bad for the value. Buy again. — 6 years ago
Not a bad wine but one dimensional. The aging did not bring out interesting notes. Don’t buy again. — 6 years ago
PnP, it’s still quite closed and very young. Highly fragrant with raspberries, herbs, licorice. Very pleasing. On palate it’s very smooth, but can still feel the heat upon entry. I think a couple more years would do wonder to this wine, because the secondary notes are clearly amazing, but not worth paying for the price at the current age. Significantly improved after 90 min in decanter. Still, don’t buy a CdP younger than 12 years again! — 6 years ago

Fresh and very mineral. I like it. Definitely worth buying again. From Vin Chicago — 5 years ago
