Lord was this Sip the best???? Pinot Noir grapes they let dance with the juice just a little longer. This yielded a rich ruby color with strawberries, lavender and light vanilla on the palate, berries in the palate. This wine is super intense! I’ll need to get a bottle and taste it to explore further but it’s a great one to try. Very different from your average Champagnes! — 6 years ago
The bouquet is really nice on this wine. Typical Riesling with tropical notes of pineapple, kiwi, lime and slate. It really is a luscious bouquet which is why when it didn’t please me palate I felt like I had been visited by the 2minute man. 😜 Very short finish and the wine just kept falling flat! Like it was stale or had been opened for days. I kept longing for a bit of carbonation, some fizzy bubbles on the side of my glass.. Something. Not for me. — 6 years ago
Really delicious wine. Tropical notes of pineapple complemented the green apple and honey abound. Super crisp long finish on the palate as well. I really enjoyed this one! — 6 years ago
Dark stone fruits, licorice, mocha, raspberry and a light funkiness I can’t place my finger on but jinkies it’s great! Great mouthful of berries for the price and it paired excellently with a Pappardelle Ragu Bolognese! I will look for this a sip again and again! — 6 years ago
It’s an ok Cava. Very light melon on the nose, strawberry on the palate, mildly persistent bubbles. It’s a solid Cava to make brunch mimosas with. — 6 years ago

True representation of an Oregon Pinot Noir. Medium bodied, light cocoa on the nose, cranberries/blackberries/blueberries/slight herbaceous note on the palate. Long finish..it just keeps going and going! — 6 years ago
