The Washington funk is something I really want to like, but I tend to agree with the people I usually share it with that blurt out something along the lines of "is this even wine!?" This wine tones it down and makes you see how a talented winemaker can utilize it. Amazing stuff, especially for the price — a year ago

I have a Frasier Crane-like love of sherry, so obviously I adored this vin jaune; I just wish it weren't $200. My wife and I drank this with a phenomenal paella and pan con tomate. Special little lunch. — 5 years ago
