J.Taylor had the 1977 Vintage. Very pleased the bottle was not spoiled. First impression: the body was a little flat and thin. However did experience distinct cherry and oak notes. Overall had good complexity yet smooth finish. — 10 years ago

I'm impressed! This port was full bodied and tasty all through the palate. I enjoyed the current and berry notes as well as the slightly sweet aftertaste on my palate. I would recommend this port to all. Goes well with cheese and fuller tasting desserts. — 10 years ago
