Now that it's opened up it has a little more, there are some remnants of a young Bordeaux. Tannins a little more present.

Josh said that after it opened up it evolved into "liquid chocolate" and my other coworker said it was the best cab he's ever tried. So I upgraded it to a :) because I respect their opinions.
