Mellow, deep-bodied but not overwhelming. Has a nice undertone of plums and berries. Aged in smaller than traditional oak casks which are infused with vanilla to give a nice silky finish on the end. — 12 years ago
Not a bad chard. A little bit dry on the intake. No overwhelming sweetness. The alcohol essence is perhaps too obvious but the mellow undertones tie it together well. — 12 years ago
Bold, spicy and full bodied. Some notes of mocha in there I think and some dark, tartness. Intense. — 12 years ago
A Malbec blend. Uses Malbec, bonarda and Tempranillo in the blend. Balances the primary Malbec nicely since these wines can be pretty robust sometimes. — 12 years ago
Superbly blended. Deep, mellow with a hint of oak. The flavor profile from the grapes are well balanced so that all the flavors compliment each other equally. Most important for me.....the tannins are not overpowering. My favorite cab so far. — 12 years ago
Bold and deep flavored. A dry finish with a crisp lean. An oaky flavor throughout with a dark, full bodied fruit tone. A beast of its own nature. not to be compared. — 12 years ago
This wine is a pleasant surprise. A blend of merlot, Zinfandel, and Syrah. The merlot and the zif give it a nice silky smooth complexion while the Syrah gives a nice bite at the finish. Aromas of mocha and vanilla. The flavor profile is open and vibrant. You can really taste the raspberries and chocolate. Delicious. One of my favorites. — 12 years ago
Nice, medium-bodied cab. Tannins are kept under control which gives the dark fruit and smokey spices to show their range. — 12 years ago
Decent, everyday drinking cab. Could have a little more body to it. I think a little oak flavor would help it. — 12 years ago

My favorite Malbec so far. There's a lot of life in this bottle. Aromas of plum, raspberry and very noticeably vanilla. On flavor, a note of oak and mocha but not overwhelming. A deep plum and vanilla followed by a tart raspberry and tannin after time to breath. — 12 years ago
