I decided 2016 was the year to drink all my wines from the early '00s. This required a couple hours decanting to hit its stride. It started as an oak & fruit bomb, but then settled into something silky smooth. Enjoyed with tuna steaks. Sometimes good things come to those who wait. — 9 years ago

Was the lucky person to share this bottle with Ms. Schulhof and found it 'delicioso' with the tuna after it aired for at least 30minutes. Would like to try this again in 3-5 years with un Lechon. mmmm
