Medium to full body. Deep dark ruby red color with aromatic scent. Black cherry, currant lightly vanilla notes with smooth tannin . I paired with smoke salmon and grill veg in EVOO and it was fine. Drink alone or with charcuterie shall be good also — 8 years ago
