Happy to drink BOGLE. I was captured by its label and bottle shape and grape vatiety, Petite Sirah. Petite Sirah is form Portugal, not an usual vatiety.
I feel very curiouse about it. On the nose, fruity chatacter like Syrah, American barrel oak give off vanilla and coconut. on the plate, well balanced. structured tannin.
I guessed the price is NZD 50, but it is about 20.
A very good wine to try. — 9 years ago
Creative label says a black octopus swimming on white background. At the leftdown corner, two tiny golden ocyopus are there. Complex aroma on the nose, black pepper, oster oil give deep impression. I sniff many times for the soft smoky, like medium tosted cigar. I drink two full glass of juicy dark fruit. simple steucture but well balanced, medium body with long fruity finish. I am not sure about the price. I guess not cheap. — 9 years ago
Beautiful label, similar to French style, gold yellow, plenty of almond, bread, peach on palate. — 9 years ago
Vintage 2010 is still young for NZ red wine, but some solids on the bottle. Oaky is chaming. like the structured balance. As i was yhe last one to taste, I swollowed some solids. — 9 years ago

The first CS tasted in New Zealand. Not too much surprise.
At first, I thought that was French wine due to the label. Then I found that was made in Chile. Maybe it has high alcohol. But we got strong hint of grassy, herb and capsicum.
Totally was about green character.
I think the wine is still young. — 9 years ago
NZ Merlot, first sniff touchs with mint, herb and blueberry. Rare oaky, quite young. The mouthfeel is good, full of dark fruit, nice balance. Finish is elegant. Cheap wine but drinkable. Hope this help me have a good night. — 9 years ago

Can't believe how good Kokoro is. Everything is friendly in Te Motu, a lovely winery in Waiheke. Te Motu story is interesting, the wine maker was a math teacher but now achieve great success in NZ wine industry. Kokoro gives smell of black currant, pepper, coconut chocolate. I can find jammy, blue berry, chocolate & cigar finish. — 9 years ago
