I was not crazy about 2007 vintage but 2008 is showing beautifully, I feel the oak settled nicely, earthy with black mushrooms, ripe forrest berries, leather and notes of black pepper and sage !! Nice acidity, the work of the elevation of Mount Olympus!! — 10 years ago
