Lovely to pair with a dish that has ricotta, or blue cheese, as I did. It was lightly acidic, but a delicate sweetness takes over before you even notice the acidity. The last notes are a simultaneous experience of honey, melon and citrus. These notes last before gracefully dissipating, but are amplified when paired with the right dish! Light notes of grapefruit and lemon. Flavor ends smoothly on the palate. It’s not too dry, which what I usually prefer for sipping. It was actually well received among a company of 12. The bottle was finished in about 20 minutes with compliments all around. — 2 years ago
