Love love love this winery. Zephyr 2013 is 92%cab Sav , 5% can franc and 3% petit Verdot. Well balanced. Drinks well now. Won't disappoint but I'm sure a few years in the bottle will prove worth the wait. — 8 years ago
2011 vintage. Opened December 16, 2016. Howell Mountain Cab. Sav. Riva di Ponente apparently translates to "steep bank where the sun sets". The black volcanic rock soil on this 1.4 acre block comes through....fullness, smokey, a bit of pepper notes. Still soft enough to drink without food but it is A great steak wine! — 8 years ago
2003 Tapestry. Opened December 16,2016. Stored since purchased in 2007. Decanted 30 mins= very good. 1 hr= even better. Soft tannins. Balanced. Not the "mustyness" you get with older wines. Paired well with hard salty cheese and manchego with honey. Would also go well with lamb. — 8 years ago
Mark Jessup made it, that says it all. 2012 Coombsville Cab. It's not "celebration" but not far from it. Small vineyard production. Dark fruit, chocolate, soft tannins...easy drinking now or keep it down for a few years- if you have that much self control! — 8 years ago
2010. Opened December 9, 2016. Unexpected surprise. Blend of Predominantly cab Sav with merlot and cab franc. (60%, 20%,20%). Only 470 cases produced. 14.7% alc. New French oak come through. Deep color. "Big" full mouth. Fruit, cedar and cocoa. Awesome with the steak we had! — 8 years ago

2014 vintage. Opened December 22, 2016. The highest quality you come to expect from Kosta Browne. Thank Dan Browne for another amazing wine. FYI for those of you new to KB...I had my first bottle in Las Vegas at Olives many years ago with a simple Hamburger and great friends...I've been hooked ever since! Good fruit, well balanced. Yum in a glass! — 8 years ago
