Label reads: ...lush flavors of tropical fruit, baked apple and citrus. Sur lie aging gives this wine it's soft, creamy style... Vanilla and creme brûlée on the finish...
An excellent sipping wine. Green apple and citrus are prominent, harder to find the specific creme brûlée finish I'm hoping for. Maybe the caramelized sugar from the top instead. Delicious on its own but probably good with a cheese and fruit board as well. — 10 years ago
Pears. Floral. A little grassy. Sweet with little kick at the end. Would pair with Gorgonzola and pork. — 12 years ago
Label reads: fresh peach, crisp lime, and subtle mineral flavors. Excellent sipping wine - sweet but not go-to-the-dentist sweet. Fresh and slight effervescence to it. Strong on the lime in a good way for balance. — 9 years ago
Earthy, light on the palate but medium bodied, possible slate, red berries (cherry), cinnamon. Had with tagliatelle, Italian sausage, red sauce, and Parmesan. — 11 years ago
Cycles winery. Very good. Would repurchase. Complexity of sweet when first opened and opens up to an earthy, spicy blend with a touch of black fruits. — 12 years ago
effervescent, sweet delicious. — 10 years ago
