This wine is not to be underestimated. Deep complex flavours that stun for the value .
Plum overtones, smooth and long lingering overtones that are not harsh in tannins.
A delight to drink on its own and with tapas, bolognaise and rich meats — 3 years ago
2019 limestone coast Shiraz. I decided to try this as they speak highly of themselves and say it’s bold and powerful.
I disagree as it’s not oozing with anything that stands out from any other low market shiraz. Lacks punch and did not hit the mark for me. Maybe a difficult harvest but greater flavours are needed. — 4 years ago
The welsh would call it Lush - it’s full of great flavour and is deep in currants and vanilla overtones.
Good legs and stands out. Impressed. — 3 years ago
A superb find and I usually call against the choice of a design to inspire your selection yet this label stood out and I wanted to give it a try. Not disappointed as this has some fantastic flavours long lingering currant overtones and a delightful zing that stays. Try this on its own or with powerful meats and cheeses, trust me you won’t regret it. — 3 years ago
A surprisingly decent chianti, deeper flavours than expected and there is still that earthy flavour expected yet with more plum and floral overtones. — 4 years ago
It’s a deep earthy Shiraz that has a tart tannin and the flavours come in the aftertaste rather on the nose and start.
A decent SA Shiraz for the money. — 5 years ago
A fairly decent Pinot Noir that you can smell the earthy notes and youth in the grapes. The bottle suggest leathery and vanilla yet it’s more a fresh berry fruits overtone with earthy lingering flavour. Let it breath and maybe age longer to get more from it.
Good value and worth trying. — 3 years ago
Smooth and good lingering taste. Especially good and not overpowering.
I can see why it got a gold medal as it exceeds expectations. Will be having more ;) — 4 years ago
A lighter shiraz than expected yet great length of flavour, due in part to the tannin being smooth.
Decent berries and a light milk chocolate in the tasting it’s a nice wine with pasta/pizza, roasts, cheese or on its own — 4 years ago

Lovely Pinot noir that’s more rustic and less fruity in taste than other Californian producers but it’s a good wine to enjoy on its own or with some nice roast ham.
Overtones do have some plum and light fruits so it will tickle those tastebuds. — 3 years ago
