High acidity, short finish with some saltiness. Had a fruity bouquet with hints of lychee and apples. Very faint biscuit/toasty notes for aftertaste. Also the mousse collapsed very quickly, and bubbles were nearly non-existent, though on the palate it still fizzed. At a price point of 25 eur, it's perfect for kir royale, which I made to finish 3/4 of this bottle. — a year ago
