I am preparing for a trip Portugal in a week so I am drinking Portuguese wines this week. This was a surprise find for me. It is the best red from Douro region that I have had. It was a 2016 closeout for $5.99. I am going to get more tomorrow. — 2 months ago

I was getting tired of Blends but I decided to try it while I visiting family in Hattiesburg MS. This was recommended as a Best Buy in a wine store and inexpensive by MS standards as I find all wines 3-4 dollars more expensive than my home state of CT. So I paid my $11 and tried it. Just back from Consigliano Valdobiadone region of Italy. We did a 3 vineyard wine tour. This was the best Prosecco I have ever tasted. What we learned is that you have to Look for D. O. C. G. On the label and the seal over the cork. Thls region produces the best Prosecco. I’m now on a mission to find the best I can get in CT. — a year ago
