Unoaked. Nose is floral with hints of pear. The taste is crisp and fruity. Even, but I wouldn't go as far as creamy. Only slightly acidic. I paired it with a Granny Smith and Gruyere grilled cheese sandwich, and I will do it again. And again. — 9 years ago
