Well it is very concentrated fruit and a lot of apparent oak. I feel this is a somewhat typical Napa Cabernet Sauvignon that could be a little bit more subtle. High alcohol at 14.9. Probably actually higher. Still aging nicely and could go for a long while. Perhaps another 10 years. Some nice cassis but followed by overripe fruit. Stewed blackberry, cherry and an earthiness that is quite pleasant. — 10 years ago
