Full bodied. "Plush and ripe on the palate...fantastic colors and dense aromas that are supple and muscular with the potential to age." (Great description!) "Dark berries, and herb flavors present themselves up-front with subtle notes of butterscotch and vanilla on the finish, a result of aging 22 months on French, Eastern European, and American oak.
