Big bubbles strong honey without being too sweet. Great honey aroma without the syrupy consistency. A+ — 10 years ago
Very earthy, smooth. Kind of too much of a mushroom taste though. Described as "chocolate, coffee, rasp/blackberries", but it really isn't that fruity and it's not really sweet at all, 2/10 on the sweet scale. I think I prefer the marchigue Carmenere. $8. Decent Carmenere but probably won't get it again — 10 years ago
Not sweet which I like, acidic but not bitter. Got it at trader Joe's — 9 years ago
High alcohol flavor 14.3% $9 trader joes from Australia. Just alright, slightly too acidic, didn't realize it was a screw top. Could find better, richer cabs for a little less. Said it tastes of red currants, blueberries, violets and cedar. Pretty accurate flavor profile. Mostly tastes of blueberries and alcohol burn — 10 years ago

2010 Sonoma valley cab. 14.4% very high alc flavor and thin acidic qualities. Got it from Safeway on sale for $15 down from $20. Way overpriced for the quality. Said it tastes of black cherries, plums and herbs. Definitely tasted like plums, but unripe ones. It was just okay for how much it costs. — 10 years ago
Says it's on the dry side and while it's not syupy, it's still too sweet for me to enjoy. $8 at trader joes — 10 years ago

Just okay. Surprisingly tart for a red. It was much better with food (Parmesan and sausage). Very middle of the road. I kept forgetting about drinking it. — 8 years ago
